Environmental & Quality Policy

Oxwash is the world’s first B Corp certified* carbon-neutral laundry and wet-cleaning pioneer, changing the way we care for textiles, for longer lifespans, a cleaner planet and healthier people.

Our science-based net-zero targets guide us towards our ambitious goal: to decarbonise commercial laundry by 2028 across all three scopes by automating the washing process and implementing innovative low-energy technology such as ultrasonic drying. We use biodegradable detergents, recycle over 60% of water, and filter out 99% of microplastics, to ensure our oceans can safely thrive. We foster a healthy and safe working environment, ensuring a Living Wage and free mental health support. To support our local communities, we donate washes to give everyone in need access to sustainably cleaned garments.

In addition to these efforts, Oxwash aims to minimise the environmental impacts concerning our activities, products and services, we shall:-

• Comply with applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which the Company subscribes which relate to its environmental aspects.

• Prevent pollution, reduce waste and minimise the consumption of resources.

• Educate, train and motivate employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally responsible manner.

• Encourage environmental protection among suppliers and subcontractors.

• Closely monitor and improve our entire supply chain

• Continuously train and develop our employees

• Periodically audit the quality of our services, and gather and monitor customer feedback 

The Company is committed to continual improvement of environmental performance. This Policy will be communicated to all staff, contractors and suppliers, and be available for the public.
